Arijit Paul turns operational chaos into systems that run themselves.
From the factory floor to the spreadsheet, and back again.
Arijit Paul has spent the last fourteen years in the space where supply chains, sales operations and data collide — the kind of work that rarely gets noticed until it goes wrong. He has processed the orders, built the pricing quotes, reconciled the accruals, and then, increasingly, built the systems that made those tasks unnecessary in the first place.
His career has moved through IBM, Timken India, Accenture (where he led Order-to-Cash operations for a Halliburton account), and now Shantinath Detergents, where as Business Analytics Manager he has taken on a role few analysts get: actually building the factories his forecasts are for. He has led the end-to-end launch of plants in Alwar and Varanasi, and is currently driving the company's Greenfield Indore facility from the ground up.

Along the way, Arijit taught himself the tools that make that possible at scale — SQL and R for the analysis, Power BI and Tableau for the dashboards leadership actually reads, and Google Apps Script for the auto-refreshing spreadsheets that quietly replaced hours of manual reporting. That same instinct — find the repetitive, error-prone part of a system and automate it — is what led him to AI tools early, and eventually to writing AI-Powered Personal Finance: a practical guide to using the same category of tools for household money instead of factory output.
